Ebadi: US Seeks to Loot Iran's Oil, Wealth

TEHRAN (Fars News Agency)- Iranian Noble Peace Laureate Shirin Ebadi said that the United States seeks to dominate and loot Iran's oil resources and wealth. 
 

Speaking to Radio Free Europe's Prague-based Persian language arm (Radio Farda), Ebadi warned against the Untied States' expansionist goals, and said, "The US seeks to dominate Iran's wealth and oil resources."

The Noble Peace Prize winner further underlined Iran's permanent and inalienable right to access nuclear energy, and called on the US to stay within the international norms and criteria when dealing with Iran.

"Every nation, including Iran, is entitled to access nuclear energy and we will reserve this right. The United States does not have the right to cross the borders of international law in dealing with Iran," she said.
